Come and learn how to Nordic walk – it is so much more than just walking with poles! This Nordic Walking UK beginners course will show you how to turn your walk in to a workout. Learn how to use the poles effectively to engage your upper body muscles and how to adapt the technique to even greater effect using hills and speed. The course consists of structured sessions leading to the NWUK Freedom Passport on completion, which will enable you to join Nordic walking groups lead by us or with other instructors all over the UK and beyond….

*Please note that this is an intensive course based over 2 sessions and requires a reasonable existing level of fitness*
