A free 45 minute session where you can come and try Nordic walking, learn more about it and what Surrey Hills Nordic Walking offers – and see if it is for you!
NWUK Learn to Nordic Walk courses
A structured course usually conducted over 3 or 4 weekly sessions.
Available on a group, 1-2 or 1-1 basis.
Gain a NWUK Freedom Passport on successful completion of this course, and you are ready to join regular walks with me or other NWUK instructors.
Regular walks to suit all levels, from Wellbeing Walks to Workout Walks, and occasional Adventure Walks – challenge yourself as much or as little as you want.
We have run courses for private members’ social and sporting clubs (eg The Hurlingham in Fulham) and other associations (eg U3A, University of the Third Age).
