You don’t need much to get you Nordic walking:

  • Comfortable clothes, suitable for the outdoors – light layers are best
  • Sensible shoes – flexible walking shoes / trainers with good grip
  • A small backpack and bottle of water (optional but recommended)
  • …and a good attitude towards what the weather might throw at you!

We provide the rest….

We provide Nordic Walking poles for all taster sessions and beginners courses. Poles are also available to hire on our regular walks.
